February 2024 – Roster/Staff updates
NFL season is officially over, so time to shift back to college football. One big addition and one big loss since the last update. A few new offers out there, and with it already being mid-February it’s pretty clear how this transfer portal class will end up.

January 2024 – Roster update and Schedule release
I was waiting to post an update until more portal news happened, so with our second commitment it feels like a good time. Three weeks into the new year and we finally have a few new roster changes. The early high school class is complete, along with some transfer updates and our 2024 schedule.

May 2023 – Transfer Portal update
Most of the way through May and the Spiders have added wide receiver Isaiah Wilson from ETSU and offensive lineman Scott Hummel from JMU. The staff has at least two offers still out there so I’d imagine we aren’t done yet, with the focus now shifting to safety.

Transfer update – 1/21/2023
UR has added two FCS transfers so far, with both coming on the defensive side of the football.
